Description
GUATEMALA ANTIGUA • THE THREE SISTERS
Light-Medium Roast • Caturra, Bourbon & Typica • Wild Blackberry • Dark Chocolate • Bright Acidity
Sheltered by a majestic trio of towering volcanoes—Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango—these micro-lots thrive at 1,650 MASL in the high-altitude volcanic valleys surrounding historic Antigua. The active landscape blankets the valleys in nutrient-rich volcanic soil, providing unparalleled growing conditions for three of coffee's most celebrated varieties.
Crafted to a precise light-to-medium roast, this profile is designed to let the vibrant origin characteristics shine—unlocking a beautiful, elegant complexity that a heavier roast would conceal. A fragrant bouquet of fresh wild blackberries on the nose, deep chocolatey richness on the palate, and a bright, lively acidity that dances long after the cup is finished.

Expert Tip
Grind fresh, every time. Guatemala Antigua rewards a medium grind — coarser for French Press and batch brew, finer for V60 and Aeropress. Brew at 93–94°C and give it a 30-second bloom to release the CO₂. The chocolate and brown sugar notes open up beautifully as the cup cools — don't rush it.

Storage & Freshness
Keep It Fresh. Keep It Flavourful. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong odours. Our resealable pouches are designed to lock in freshness — squeeze out excess air after each use and seal tightly. Once opened, best consumed within 6 months for peak flavour. Unopened, the bag stays fresh for up to 24 months. Do not refrigerate — condensation degrades the bean's natural oils and dulls the earthy, dark chocolate notes that make Lake Toba exceptional. For whole bean, grind only what you need — ground coffee loses its character within days of opening.
