This journey belongs to me and my husband, George. As a working mother of two with a passion for travel and discovery, my life is full—but it isn’t always easy. I live with Fibromyalgia, which means I navigate tough days as a constant. The world doesn’t stop just because I need it to, so I’ve had to learn the art of the deliberate pause.
When I choose to stop, coffee is my reset button. That five minutes of pure, warm indulgence is my "destress" time; a permission to breathe that helps me navigate everything else. In a world that demands we keep going, I created this brand to help you finally find your own moment of calm.
For me, the equipment and the coffee are inseparable—it’s the ritual, the quality, and the moment combined. My travels taught me to appreciate authenticity, whether it’s a perfect espresso in a hidden café or a piece of hardware that transforms a routine into a ceremony.
