.15. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Where you purchase a subscription product, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency selected at checkout. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us at info@emberolivecoffee.shop. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

16. GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS
Gift cards and vouchers are valid for use on www.emberolivecoffee.shop only. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used in conjunction with other promotional codes unless otherwise stated. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards do not expire.

17. PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS
Promotional codes are single-use unless otherwise stated, cannot be applied retrospectively, and may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
