Ember & Olive Coffee Co. offers a flexible subscription service that delivers freshly roasted single-origin coffees and hand-curated artisan teas straight to your door. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how your subscription works.

Billing

Your payment method will be charged automatically on your chosen delivery cycle — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal so you're never caught off guard.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties, no lock-in, and no questions asked. To cancel, log in to your account and visit the Subscriptions section, or contact us at info@emberolivecoffee.com. Cancellations made after an order has already been processed will take effect from the following cycle.

Pausing & Skipping

Need a break? You can pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery at any time before your next order processes — simply log in and manage your subscription from your account portal.

Changing Your Subscription

You can swap your product selection, change your delivery frequency, or update your delivery address at any time before your next order is processed.

Delivery

Subscriptions are available for UK delivery only. All subscription orders include free standard UK delivery. International customers are welcome to place one-time orders through our store.

Refunds

As our products are freshly roasted and packed to order, we're unable to offer refunds on processed subscription orders unless the product arrives damaged or faulty. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@emberolivecoffee.com.

Payment Failures

If a payment fails, we'll automatically retry up to 3 times over the following days. You'll be notified by email. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled and you'll receive a notification.
