Jasmine tea is an ancient art form born over a thousand years ago in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, during the Song Dynasty. Revered by Chinese nobility, it was treated not merely as a drink, but as a sensory masterpiece. The Nocturnal Jasmine earns its name from the precise moment of harvest — fresh blossoms picked by hand at dusk, when their petals begin to open and their fragrance reaches its peak intensity.

Layered overnight with premium first-flush green tea leaves, the dry leaves naturally absorb the sweetness and aroma of the blooming jasmine in the dark. For our elite blend, this arduous, labour-intensive process is repeated over multiple consecutive nights — locking in a deep floral perfume that no artificial flavouring or sprayed oil can replicate.
