    Discover the distinctive character of El Salvadorian Arabica, grown in Potrero Grande Arriba in the Santa Ana region at around 1,500 metres above sea level.

    This carefully selected coffee brings together Pacamara and Bourbon varieties, fully washed and fermented for 8 hours before being dried naturally on a traditional clay brick patio. Surrounded by Inga and fruit trees, the farm provides an ideal environment for producing expressive, carefully crafted coffee.

    Expect a sweet, mild and rounded profile with delicious plum and chocolate notes, gentle acidity and a smooth, satisfying finish. Its balanced character makes it particularly well suited to espresso, milk-based espresso and filter brewing.

    El Salvador Santa Ana | Armadillo Arriba is roasted to a Light–Medium level — 5/10, preserving its natural sweetness and delicate fruit character while developing enough depth for espresso.
