PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all subscription products purchased from Ember & Olive Coffee Co., including monthly and quarterly subscription plans.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@emberolivecoffee.com with your order number and the email address associated with your subscription.

To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of the next billing date will take effect at the end of that billing period, and one final charge will be processed.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive your subscription until that period ends.

PAUSING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may pause your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@emberolivecoffee.com. Pause requests must also be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle. We will confirm your pause in writing and advise when your subscription will resume.

BILLING & REFUNDS

Subscription charges are processed automatically on your billing date. As subscription orders are prepared and dispatched promptly, we are unable to offer refunds on subscription charges that have already been processed, except in the following circumstances:

Your order was not delivered Your order arrived damaged or defective (with photographic evidence provided within 48 hours of delivery) A duplicate charge was made in error

In these cases, please contact us immediately at info@emberolivecoffee.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

NON-RETURNABLE SUBSCRIPTION ITEMS

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, the following subscription items cannot be returned once dispatched:

Coffee beans and ground coffee Tea bags and loose leaf tea Syrups and flavourings

This is in accordance with consumer protection regulations relating to perishable goods.

CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

To change your subscription frequency, delivery address, or product selection, contact us at info@emberolivecoffee.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date. We cannot guarantee changes requested after this window will be applied to the upcoming order.

EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of your first order without giving any reason, provided the goods have not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, perishable goods including coffee and tea are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal.
