• Expiration: All digital gift vouchers purchased directly from our online store have no expiration date. Funds remain valid indefinitely until fully redeemed.
• Redemption: Vouchers are valid for use across our entire collection of specialty coffees, botanical teas, hardware, and digital subscriptions. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, cash equivalent, or resale.
• The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, the original purchaser is entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the gift voucher has not been partially or fully redeemed. Refunds will only be issued back to the original payment method used.
• Loss & Fraud: Digital vouchers should be treated like cash. Ember & Olive Coffee Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift card codes.
