Expert Tip

This coffee thrives on precision—dial in your espresso with a 1:2 yield in 26–30 seconds to maximize the velvety milk chocolate sweetness. For pour-over, maintain a medium-coarse grind and use a multi-pour technique to highlight the crisp red apple acidity and clean finish.

Caffeine & Your Heart

As a pure, specialty Arabica coffee, our Colombia Medellin Supremo typically contains a moderate amount of caffeine per cup 95–120mg of caffeine per cup—naturally lower than high-yield Robusta varieties.

Pure Arabica provides a clean, focused energy lift. If you have a pre-existing heart condition or severe caffeine sensitivity, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional or visiting the British Heart Foundation for guidance
